Leyton Orient defender Scott Cuthbert has targeted three points from the televised clash with leaders Charlton on New Year's Eve.
Orient hosted MK Dons on Boxing Day on the back of two straight wins, but crashed to a disappointing 3-0 defeat.
"It would have been nice to keep the winning run going to build a bit more confidence," Cuthbert told the club's official website.
"Our confidence was really high after the last two wins and the defeat has set us back a little bit but it's nothing to worry about.
"We have been here before and our main focus now is on Charlton and getting the three points."
