Brighton manager Gus Poyet hopes to have long-term absentees Tommy Elphick and Adam El-Abd back in training next month.
The central-defensive duo have been sidelined since the end of last season, Elphick with a ruptured Achilles and El-Abd after breaking a bone in his foot. "Tommy and Adam are still recovering but have no problems," said Poyet. "We are expecting them to start training next month as long as everything goes all right. "I'm pleased with that because it will put me in a tricky situation in defence."
