Rotherham have signed Luke Foster from Stevenage and Brighton striker Chris Holroyd, subject to medicals.
Defender Foster, 25, who made 23 appearances for Stevenage last season as they secured promotion to League One, joins the Millers on a one-year deal, with the option for a second year. Holroyd, 24, has signed a two-year contract.
Foster said: "I'm delighted to join my hometown club. Rotherham is potentially a massive club. It has a bright future and I want to be a part of that."
Holroyd added: "It's a big and ambitious club that wants to get out of this division and I'm delighted to be here. I think this is the right club for me."
