Jack Hunt is flattered to be linked with a move to the Premier League, but claims to be focused on Huddersfield Town.
The 22-year-old full-back is among the most highly-rated defenders currently turning out in the Championship.
His impressive development has not gone unnoticed, with clubs from the top tier closely monitoring his progress.
It has been suggested that a bid may be lodged during the January transfer window, testing Huddersfield's resolve.
Hunt is aware of such talk, but is reading little into it.
Instead, he claims to be working hard to improve his game and help Huddersfield address an alarming slump in form.
He said: "It's flattering to be talked about in those terms. It shows I'm doing something right but I'm not getting carried away.
"I'm just turned 22 and still working hard on improving my game."
