Terriers offer pair new deal

Danny Cadamarteri and Nick Colgan have both been offered one-year contract extensions by Huddersfield.

Striker Cadamarteri and goalkeeper Colgan both penned short-term deals with the Terriers in January which lasted until the end of the season. But manager Lee Clark is keen to keep the pair on board as Town again go for promotion to the Championship following their League One play-off final defeat to Peterborough at Old Trafford. Talks will continue with both players this week in the hope of tying up deals. Cadamarteri made a total of two starts and 12 substitute appearances, scoring three goals, while Colgan's only start came in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy northern section final at home to Carlisle.
