Huddersfield boss Lee Clark has signed veteran goalkeeper Nick Colgan on a month's loan from non-league outfit Grimsby.
The 37-year-old former Republic of Ireland international joins the Terriers as cover for the injured Alex Smithies and will go straight into the squad for Saturday's clash with Southampton. Clark told the club's official website: "With Alex currently on the sidelines through injury, it is a sensible piece of forward planning to bring a goalkeeper of Nick's experience to the club."
