Keeper could make short trip to Bantams

Huddersfield Town goalkeeper Matt Glennon is reportedly on the verge of moving to Bradford City. The 31-year-old shot-stopper's contract runs out at the end of the season and he has not played at first-team level under current Terriers manager Lee Clark. Glennon cannot get a look in at the Galpharm because highly-rated youngster Alex Smithies has performed admirably between the sticks since Clark's arrival. West Yorkshire neighbours Bradford are in talks for the player in a deal which Clark describes as the best option for Glennon. "At this stage of his career, Matt needs to be playing regular football and to have the chance of earning a contract for next season," he told the Huddersfield Daily Examiner. Glennon has made more than 100 appearances for Town since moving from St Johnstone in 2006.
