Northampton have announced that defender Ben Tozer has been ruled out for at least a month with a knee injury.
The 24-year-old suffered a knock in training last week and was left out of the squad at the weekend as Town beat York 3-0. Cobblers boss Chris Wilder revealed on Tuesday morning that Tozer faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines. The club posted on their Twitter feed: "Chris Wilder confirms Ben Tozer out 4-6 weeks with knee injury." But fellow defender Zander Diamond is expected to be back in the squad at the weekend following his hamstring complaint.
