Versatile defender Gregor Robertson has signed a new one-year deal with Northampton.
The 30-year-old made 15 appearances for the Cobblers last season having joined the club from Crewe in February and played a part as they hauled themselves to Football League safety. "I am really pleased Gregor has signed," manager Chris Wilder told the club's official website. "He is a good, experienced professional and he is versatile which is important. "He can play as a centre-back in a four, as a left-sided centre-back in a three or as left-back. "He did well for us on the run in last season and we are pleased he wants to be part of what we are building here."
