Torquay boss Martin Ling is hoping Swindon will agree to let forward Billy Bodin extend his loan at Plainmoor for the rest of the season.

Torquay United manager Martin Ling is hoping Swindon Town will agree to let forward Billy Bodin extend his loan at Plainmoor for the rest of the season.
Bodin has scored four goals in 17 appearances for Torquay since arriving in August and is due to return to Swindon on 2nd January.
Swindon want to assess the 19-year-old at the end of his loan spell before deciding whether to send Bodin out again in the second half of the campaign.
Ling is waiting for the Robins to make a decision and is confident that, if he is not required by Paolo Di Canio, the youngster will return to Torquay.

"It looks like he's going to have to go back because they [Swindon] want to assess their situation," Ling told the club's
official website.
"They've certainly not taken it out of the equation that we could take him on loan until the end of the season but they want to assess.
"Billy goes back to Swindon after the Plymouth game for a couple of weeks and they will then tell us if he's available again.
"Billy's desperate to come back here and Swindon have intimated to me that they're happy with what's happening with him here, so we look like the club Billy will come back to if Swindon don't need him themselves."
