Mohamed: Robins to run at Rovers

Winger Kaid Mohamed believes Cheltenham will give Tranmere a rough ride when the sides meet in FA Cup first round this weekend.

The Robins are reeling after being dumped out of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy on home turf by Barnet on Tuesday night, but Mark Yates' men can seek instant redemption at Prenton Park on Saturday. Tranmere have one of the tightest defences in the Football League, having kept 10 clean sheets in all competitions so far this term. But Mohamed has tipped Cheltenham to put their JPT disappointment behind them and give Rovers a real run for their money. "You want to be in every competition you can be in and this one had a final at Wembley, which would have been great, but we have to pick up and go again in the FA Cup this weekend," he said. "Obviously we'll be going there as underdogs but there's no reason why we can't get something from the game. "It's a long old trek up Liverpool way, but we'll be going there confident we can get a result."
