Port Vale midfielder Rob Taylor has signed a two-year contract extension with the Valiants. The new terms for the 24-year-old will keep him at the club until the summer of 2012. His current agreement was due to expire at the end of this season but his performances have seen him rewarded by manager Micky Adams. The attacking midfielder has found the net six times in 25 appearances this season.
