Forward still to finalise Rovers departure
Forward Lewis Haldane has agreed a new loan deal with Port Vale while the formalities over his departure from Bristol Rovers are completed.
The 24-year-old, who spent three months with Vale earlier in the season, has so far been unable to negotiate a severance agreement with Rovers.
But with that expected to be completed at a later date, his permanent switch will then finally be rubber-stamped.
Haldane would have been eligible to play for Vale against Darlington on Saturday but the match was called off due to a frozen pitch in the North East.
