Port Vale goalkeeper Joe Anyon admits he may leave in January, if the club receive a suitable offer.
The 21-year-old's contract expires at the end of the season and the Valiants' No.1 has failed to sign a new deal.
He has attracted interest from a number of clubs in the Premier League and Championship, and concedes he may be on his way out of Vale Park in the New Year.
"I'm only 21 and I'm still getting regular football here, but my contract runs out next summer and obviously I want what is best for me," Anyon told skysports.com.
"So, I'll have to see what comes up in January and with Port Vale limited for funds we would have to see what their view on the situation is."
The Valiants slipped to their fifth defeat in a row in all competitions against Gillingham on Saturday, but Anyon believes that picking up their own run of results will come sooner rather than later.
He added: "Consistency is a problem at the moment, but I'm sure we'll patch that up soon. We've had a few injuries and we just need to get a side together that will get us a result.
"The players know that just recently our performances haven't been good enough and we are working hard in training to improve out on the pitch, so hopefully we'll put the run of defeats to an end against Notts County."
