Carlisle have agreed to sign Jennison Myrie-Williams on a one-month loan from Bristol City.

Robins forward to spend next month at Brunton Park

Carlisle United have agreed a deal to sign Jennison Myrie-Williams on a one-month loan from Bristol City. Myrie-Williams has recently completed a loan stint at Cheltenham Town, scoring once in five appearances for the League One strugglers. He will now link up John Ward for a second time after the Carlisle manager signed the youngster for Cheltenham last season. "I've spoken to Gary [Johnson] this morning and we have agreed that Jennison will come here, initially for one month," Ward told the club's official website. "He is a really good, young player with plenty of first-team games behind him at Bristol City and at Cheltenham. He has a lot of pace, and he is the kind of quickfire player that can make a real impact. "He can play anywhere along the front line and that is a real plus to bring to the squad. "His arrival will add competition in the central and wide areas and, when you consider that they are already strong areas, it makes it a good signing for us. I'm looking forward to working with him again."
