Barrett: Our luck will come

Adam Barrett has urged his Bournemouth team-mates to dig deep and find the good fortune they need to avoid the dreaded drop.

The Cherries drew 1-1 with Rochdale on Saturday, ending a run of four consecutive home defeats in League One and leaving them 20th in the table. And skipper Barrett reckons it can only be a matter of time before Bournemouth find that lucky break, provided they keep working hard. "We just need some belief and some luck. When things are going for you, you get that luck, and we have to just keep plugging away," he told the club's official website. "If we do that then we will grind out a win at home and continue to build on what we are doing. It was important we weren't beaten (by Rochdale) and we looked a solid team out there."
