Championship: Leeds sign forward Nicky Ajose on a three-year deal from Peterborough

Leeds United have signed forward Nicky Ajose on a three-year deal from League One outfit Peterborough United.

The 22-year-old former Swindon man, who was transfer listed by the Posh, has become the Sky Bet Championship club's seventh summer signing and he joins for an undisclosed fee.

The Whites' head coach David Hockaday told the club's website: "Nicky was involved with a very good group of players in the Manchester United Academy and he was one of the high flyers in that group.

"He can play up front in a number roles and he is very talented. He is a super professional and is an ideal addition to our squad."
