Stewart red rescinded

Wycombe have won their appeal against the red card handed to Anthony Stewart in the 2-0 defeat to Dagenham.

Stewart was dismissed in the early stages of the second half when referee Keith Stroud judged that he had fouled striker Rhys Murphy. The Chairboys submitted both video and written evidence to back up their claim that no foul had take place, and an FA panel has since overturned the decision. The 21-year-old defender is now available to play in his side's clash with Portsmouth on Wednesday.
