Crewe boss Steve Davis will ring the changes after watching Alex crash out of the FA Cup at home to Burton on Saturday.
Former Alex striker Calvin Zola scored the only goal of the game after five minutes at Gresty Road to send Albion into the third round. Zola beat home goalkeeper Alan Martin to Jordan Chapell's cross to head in his sixth FA Cup goal on the trot.
Crewe struggled to find a way through Albion's well-marshalled defence and, when they did, another former Gresty Road favourite Lee Bell cleared off the line deep into injury time.
After watching his team struggle to make an impact against their League Two opponents, Davis warned that he will utilise his squad for Tuesday's visit of Doncaster.
"We wanted to do well and get to the next round and I am very disappointed," said Davis. "They know that if they don't give 100% to the cause for Crewe I won't accept it and I have told them there are going to be some changes.
"I am not going to let them rest on their laurels and it will give one or two of the squad players a chance to show what they can do.
"I am going to keep them on their toes and they have got to start fighting to stay in the team."
Davis added: "We had a lot of possession but couldn't make use of it. Players didn't have the ability to open things up or were making the wrong decisions.
"Conceding early made it difficult because they put 11 behind the ball and then you are struggling to break them down.
"Some of the players didn't show enough fight and we got we deserved."
