Chesterfield have signed central midfielder Chris Atkinson from Huddersfield on a youth loan.
Atkinson moves to the Proact Stadium on an initial one-month deal until October 21. It is the 20-year-old's second loan move after he made 15 appearances for Darlington last season. Atkinson has made two starts and two substitute appearances for Huddersfield. He joins Terriers team-mate Liam Ridehalgh on loan at the League Two club.
