Crewe Alexander manager Steve Davis is relishing the prospect of having Ashley Westwood back at his disposal.
Westwood has served a three-match ban following his red card in the FA Cup first-round defeat to Colchester last month and will come back into the side when Crawley visit Gresty Road on Saturday.
"Westy has worked extra hard and I have been pleased with his attitude since his sending off," Davis told the club's official website. "He is desperate to come to back and put right the wrongs.
"I am sure he will have learned from the mistake and he will be a better player for it.
"He is a quality player and we have missed him so I am glad he is back and available for Saturday."
