Midfielder Ashley Westwood criticised Crewe's habit of conceding late goals following their 3-1 defeat at home to Southend.
The Railwaymen were on course for a point with two minutes to go but Bilel Mohsni's brace gave the Shrimpers all three points at Gresty Road.
Crewe, who lie 19th in League Two, have also blown leads in their previous two matches against Dagenham and Port Vale respectively, and 21-year-old Westwood is aware this cannot continue.
"Three minutes left and you concede two goals, it's ridiculous," Westwood told BBC Radio Stoke. "It's the same week in, week out and we need to sort it.
"That's why we are where we are. We're young lads and we're still learning. We need the fans to stick by us because we've got a group of lads with unbelievable ability.
"Everyone needs to rally around together and I'm sure it will come right soon."
