Ashley Westwood is an early injury doubt for Crewe ahead of their weekend clash with Cheltenham at Gresty Road.
The club have confirmed that the 20-year-old will not train until Wednesday at the earliest due to a rib problem.
Westwood sustained the injury during the 1-0 defeat at Hereford on Sunday but was able to complete the game.
It is hoped the Crewe-born youngster will be fit to face the Robins on Saturday.
