Millwall manager Neil Harris is on the look-out for a new captain this summer.

Long-serving defender Alan Dunne wore the armband last season but was one of 18 players released by the Lions, and Harris admits his next skipper could be a new signing.

"We have certainly got some good personnel left in the building," Harris told the club website.

"There are some good leaders with experience and some talented young players.

"But we've lost the captain of our side and we need to replace him. That certainly comes into the equation when we are looking at new players.

"I'm pretty sure that once pre-season starts - and all the boys are back fresh from their holidays - that we will see a new dynamic in the group and certain people will emerge as natural leaders. I'll be keeping an eye on that."
