Millwall's appeal against Andy Wilkinson's red card in midweek has been rejected by the Football Association.
On-loan Stoke defender Wilkinson was sent off for a challenge on Blackburn winger Ben Marshall during Tuesday night's fiery 2-2 draw at The Den.
The tackle sparked a touchline melee between staff from both teams, with Lions first-team coach Marc Bircham and Rovers counterpart Craig Short sent to the stands and subsequently charged by the FA for misconduct.
Wilkinson will now serve a three-match ban, starting with Saturday's London derby at home to Brentford.
