Forward knows first-team chances will be limited

Everton forward Magaye Gueye knows he will have to bide his time before earning regular first-team opportunities at Goodison Park. The 2010 summer signing from Strasbourg made eight appearances in his debut season in David Moyes' team, including starting the Premier League wins over Wolves and Blackburn last April. But the 21-year-old has featured just once in the current campaign after coming on as a substitute in Carling Cup win over West Brom at the end of September. His only other inclusion in one of Moyes' 2011/12 squads was when he remained an unused substitute in the draw with Aston Villa. He told Everton's official website: "It was great to be back on the bench for the Villa game and I might have to be patient and be on the bench for a few weeks as I try and win a place in the team. "I am waiting for my chance, I am working hard every single day and trying to impress the boss and making sure I am ready for when he needs me."
