Willie Donachie is determined to turn Millwall defender Tony Craig into a Premiership star.
The 22-year-old stopper earned the club's Young Player of the Year award for his performances this season.
Lions boss Donachie is tipping Craig for a bright future, as long as he continues to work hard for the cause.
"I want Tony Craig to be in the Premier League," Donachie told the South London Press.
"If he makes it with us, that would be magnificent. But if it is with someone else, I want to help, too.
"I want to help anyone, but they must work for this club first."
