The London side reached the play-offs last season, only to lose to eventual victors Birmingham City, but have struggled this term falling into the lower half of the table.
"I don't know what went wrong but we can put it right," vowed Reid.
"We are still aiming for the play-offs and I am committed to the club."
The Republic of Ireland wide-man, 20, has struggled with injury this season but that has not stopped the media linking him with a number of Premiership clubs.
