Doncaster Rovers have swooped to sign striker Chris Beardsley.
The 19-year-old has arrived at Belle Vue from Mansfield Town - where he featured just three times in two seasons.
Beardsley has scored twice in pre-season and he has done enough to secure a one-year deal.
"He's at a good age and we just feel there's something there that we can work with," said Rovers boss Dave Penney (pictured).
