New Sheffield Wednesday signing Ryan Lowe is confident he can bring his goalscoring form to Hillsborough this season.
Lowe moved from Bury on Tuesday evening after netting 53 goals in exactly 100 appearances for the Shakers.
The 32-year-old striker, who has penned a two-year deal, told Wednesday's official website: "My record speaks for itself. There's a lot of expectations coming to a big club but hopefully I can start scoring some goals here and help this club climb the Football League.
"I know what has to go into it, your heart has to be there and you have to be willing to work.
"I can be ruthless as well, if a midfielder doesn't pass to me or hasn't been passing to me I'll give him an earful.
"I have the experience and I know what's required because of the way I have been brought up."
