Striker Kayode Odejayi is hoping Colchester can put their Carling Cup disappointment behind them with victory over Wycombe.
The Us earned a fine 4-2 opening day win at Preston last weekend but were beaten on penalties by the Chairboys on Tuesday after a 3-3 draw in extra-time. "It's a good chance for us to avenge it straight away on Saturday," Odejayi told the Daily Gazette. "They are familiar faces - we know about them and they know all about us. "It should be a good game, if the last one is anything to go by. "We'll go into our first home game full of confidence, even though we lost on penalties on Tuesday night."
