Rovers wait on Goodison

Tranmere defender Ian Goodison could miss this weekend's trip to MK Dons after he sustained a knee injury against Walsall.

Lateef Elford-Alliyu also picked up a knock in Saturday's 3-3 draw against the Saddlers and Max Blanchard and Tim Cathalina remain some way off from a return to action. However, defender Marlon Broomes is likely to be involved against the Dons after missing the Walsall match through illness. Boss Les Parry said: "Marlon should be okay for the weekend. Ian Goodison's knee is causing us a little bit of a concern. We need to see how it's settled down but he might be a problem for us. "Lateef has gone back to West Brom for some treatment on his calf. Both Max and Tim are still struggling. "Max is in a boot and is going to be on sticks for about four weeks so he'll be out for longer than that. For Tim it's a decent tear so he'll be out for about four weeks."
