Carlisle's new teenage loan signing Sean McGinty cannot wait to make his first appearance for the club.
McGinty, 19, has joined the Cumbrians for an initial month from Manchester United and met his new team-mates prior to Tuesday night's draw at Preston. "I had a quick chat with Greg (Abbott) when I got to the hotel in Lancaster and he has told me that I'm here to do my job," McGinty told Carlisle's official website. "I can play at centre-half, left-back, in fact I don't really care. If he's picking me I'll be more than happy. "I've seen first hand that it's going to be a hard side to get into. That was a heck of a game to watch and we played really well. "I'm just really looking forward to getting my chance, whenever that may be."
