Greg Abbott believes teams will be wary of his Carlisle side's current form after a late goal sunk Huddersfield 2-1 on Saturday.
Lee Miller headed home the winner in the fifth minute of time added on from an innocent looking punt forward by Carlisle skipper Danny Livesey after Huddersfield striker Lee Novak had cancelled out James Berrett's opener against his former club in the League One clash at Brunton Park.
Abbott said: "It's sensational to be where we are. Some late goals show our fitness and desire. People are not going to shake us off easily.
"We're hard to beat at the moment and not many teams will want to face us. Not many outside the club thought we would be there.
"Our first goal was as good as I've seen in my tenure here. Some of our movement and passing was excellent.
"We sat back a bit after we scored and let them back into it, but it was our day and we'll take some joy out of it. The guys gave everything they have got."
