Chesterfield have signed Scottish goalkeeper Greg Fleming on a one-year deal ahead of the upcoming season.
The 24-year old stopper is already familiar with Spireites goalkeeping coach Mark Crossley as the two played together at Oldham Athletic. Fleming has been at Galway United since being released from Oldham in January. Speaking to the club's official website, Crossley said: "I've worked with Greg before and know what he's capable of. "His all-round game is very similar to (first choice keeper) Tommy Lee's and we expect the two players to be battling it out for the number one spot at the start of the season."
