Striker joins Preston and full-back heads to Wolves
Preston North End have signed Stephen Elliott from Wolves, with Matt Hill heading in the opposite direction.
The Championship rivals had agreed a deal over the weekend which would see Elliott move to Deepdale and Hill go to Molineux.
Elliott has now accepted a three-year contract at Preston and is looking forward to playing for Alan Irvine's side.
"I'm coming here as a striker and I'm hoping to add some goals to the team and I am just going to add something different to the team," Elliott told the club's official website.
Eye for goal
"I think I've got an eye for a goal and my movement's good if I play alongside the right strike partner. I'm just looking forward to getting going."
Full-back Hill, who has also agreed a three-year deal and cost an undisclosed fee, is happy to have clinched a move to Wolves.
Hill said: "I'm delighted to be here. It's a fresh start for myself and a new challenge at a club which wants to go places.
"Alan Irvine gave me the option to come and speak to Wolves and I'm obviously glad I've done so and I'm really happy."
