The agent of Ashley Williams claims his client remains fully focused on Swansea City amid talk of a summer move elsewhere.
Reports have suggested that Serie A side Napoli have expressed an interest in acquiring a proven Premier League centre-half.
An approach when the transfer window re-opens has been mooted, with Williams left with a little over 12 months on his current contract.
No extension talks have been held as yet, meaning speculation is only likely to intensify, but the 29-year-old Wales international's representative insists seeing out the current campaign with Swansea still in the English top-flight remains the priority for all concerned.
Jamie Moralee told the South Wales Evening Post: "Let's be clear, all Ashley is focused on at the moment is keeping Swansea City in the Premier League.
"He is not thinking about anything else and he wouldn't let me think about anything else.
"His future is not important at the moment.
"The main thing is Swansea staying up, and no player in their dressing room will give more to make sure that happens than Ashley.
"But once Swansea are safe and we get to the end of the season, I am sure there will be conversations about where his future lies."
Moralee believes interest in Williams is to be expected, given all that he has achieved in six years at Swansea, and is not surprised to hear that clubs on the continent are closely monitoring his situation.
He added: "Napoli are looking for a centre-half and, after Swansea played them in the Europa League, I know there was talk that they were interested.
"The vultures are bound to circle in a situation like this, but right now Ashley is thinking about Swansea, like he always has done."
