Scott McGleish opened the scoring early in the second half and Andy Holt netted with 20 minutes remaining.
Alan Dunne was dismissed for Millwall in the 90th minute and Bradley Johnson got a third goal in stoppage time.
Adebayo Akinfenwa scored after just six minutes as Swansea ran out 2-0 winners against Gillingham.
Andy Robinson (pictured) scored a second on 72 minutes as The Swans moved into the play-off spots.
