Swansea missed the chance to close on the top two in League One after being held by lowly Walsall.
It could have been worse for The Swans with the home side requiring a late goal to salvage a point at The Liberty Stadium.
Walsall took the lead after 17 minutes through Paul Devlin and that goal looked for long periods like being the winning strike.
Just when it looked like The Saddlers might claim a vital three-point haul, Adebayo Akinfenwa snatched a late equaliser.
The point lifts Swansea into fourth in League One while Walsall remain in the drop zone two points behind Gillingham.
