Full-back Connor Brown has linked up with Carlisle on a 28-day loan deal from Oldham.
The 22-year-old defender has slipped down the pecking order at Latics this term, with boss Lee Johnson largely sticking with a group which went on a 13-game unbeaten streak prior to last weekend's visit to league leaders Bristol City. "Connor was in need of games on a regular basis and similar to Dave Mellor's situation, it is ideal for him to take the opportunity of this 28-day loan," Johnson told Oldham's official website.
