Dickov salutes Latics comeback

Paul Dickov has revealed that watching his Oldham beat Leyton Orient 3-1 was his "best day" as a manager.

Goals from Shefki Kuqi, Reuben Reid and substitute Matt Smith saw the visitors bounce back after they had trailed to a George Porter goal at half-time. "I've just told the boys in the dressing room that performance-wise, that's our best of the season," said Dickov. "Even when we were 1-0 down at half-time, I thought we were on top. The goal we conceded was from our own mistake but I just feel the boys are learning and we are all learning together and we are all getting better together. "Earlier on in the season, I was saying that when we were conceding goals, we were letting our heads go down but here, we got a reaction straight away and we could have possibly come in at half-time with a lead "There is a real belief in our squad and this is possibly the best day I've had as a manager."
