Brentford striker Charlie MacDonald is keen to agree a new contract to extend his time at Griffin Park. MacDonald joined the Bees in 2008 from Southend United and his current deal with the League One club expires at the end of the season. Manager Andy Scott recently confirmed that he had spoken to the 29-year-old regarding the possibility of being offered an extension. And MacDonald, who scored his 10th goal of the season against Walsall on Saturday, is looking to prolong his time at Brentford. "I am very happy here," MacDonald told the club's official website. "I have had two good years and I want a few more."
