Yeovil have signed former Arsenal and Colchester midfielder Craig Eastmond on a short-term deal.

Eastmond, a free agent after leaving Colchester, has put pen to paper on a deal with the League One club for the remainder of the season. The 24-year-old becomes the second new arrival at Huish Park on Tuesday after teenage midfielder Josh Sheehan joined the Glovers on loan from Swansea. Eastmond came through the youth ranks at Arsenal and signed a professional contract with the Gunners in 2009. He made four first-team appearances for Arsene Wenger's side before leaving to join Colchester in 2013. While at Arsenal, Eastmond also enjoyed loan spells with Millwall and Wycombe.
