Gary Johnson is hoping to have seven first-team players back from injury in time for next week's Johnstone's Paint Trophy clash with Wycombe.
Luke Ayling, Gavin Williams, Reuben Reid, Byron Webster, Keanu Marsh-Brown, Richard Hinds and Ed Upson have all missed training this week but the Yeovil manager is hopeful all seven will be available.
He told the club's official website: "It's been a bit of a concern but I am happy to say that it looks as if they will all be ready for selection."
Dominic Blizzard, Lewis Young, and Nathan Ralph, meanwhile, are more long-term concerns.
Johnson added: "This competition has become a very important one for the club and, with Wembley being so close, we need to be able to field our strongest eleven for the match.
"Everybody wants to go to Wembley and I am no different. I hope the supporters will get behind the team in large numbers and help create a great Huish Park atmosphere."
