Marsh-Brown: I have improved

Keanu Marsh-Brown believes his absence from Yeovil's starting line-up has helped him improve his game.

The 20-year-old failed to hold down a regular place in Gary Johnson's XI at the beginning of the season, but has started the last four matches. Marsh-Brown played a huge role in helping the Glovers secure a Johnstone's Paint Trophy quarter-final clash with Wycombe by setting up James Hayter's last-minute equaliser before converting the winning penalty in the shootout victory over Torquay on Tuesday night. He told This is Somerset: "I went into the game positive having worked a lot with the gaffer, Terry Skiverton and Darren Way on my game. This is showing in my games. "The time out of the team made me stronger as a person and a professional, making me work harder on and off the pitch. "I have only got better and now that is showing in games. Hopefully I can push on."
