Skysports.com understands Burnley, Leeds and Watford are interested in Doncaster midfielder Simon Gillett.
The 25-year-old is believed to be valued at around £300,000 by Doncaster manager Sean O'Driscoll.
The midfielder joined the Yorkshire club initially on loan from Southampton in 2009 before completing a free transfer a year later, signing a two-year deal.
He grabbed his first goal of the season in Donny's 3-0 Carling Cup win over Tranmere on Tuesday night.
With finances tight at the club, it remains to be seen whether O'Driscoll could resist should the right offer come in for Gillett.
