Bristol City goalkeeper agrees one-month loan deal

Yeovil have signed goalkeeper Chris Weale on a one-month loan deal from Bristol City. The 27-year-old made almost 200 appearances in a six-year spell with the Glovers at the start of his career before following manager Gary Johnson to Ashton Gate. Weale will join his new team-mates for training on Tuesday and is expected to make his debut on Saturday against MK Dons. Yeovil were in need of a new goalkeeper after Josh Wagenaar was sent off in the 5-0 defeat at Brighton on Saturday and player-manager Terry Skiverton is delighted to have been able to sign Weale. He told the club's official website: "Chris will be a great addition to our squad. "He's someone that I have played with many times and a true professional and I look forward to seeing him again." Weale added: "I am delighted to be coming back to Yeovil again. My main priority right now though is to concentrate on the match against MK Dons and make sure we get all three points."
