Blackburn and Blackpool have been charged by the Football Association after a brawl marred their derby match last weekend.
Players from both clubs were involved in a melee late on in Saturday's 2-2 draw, sparked by DJ Campbell's tackle on Seasiders goalkeeper Matt Gilks.
Campbell, formerly of the Seasiders, was sent off for his reaction, along with Blackpool's on-loan Liverpool defender Jack Robinson.
A statement on Blackburn's official website confirmed: "Both Blackburn Rovers and Blackpool have been charged by The FA for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion."
The Lancashire clubs have until 6pm on 4 November 4 to respond to their charges.
