Blackpool boss Ian Holloway believes Tom Ince would feature regularly for the England senior team if he were playing in the Premier League.
Ince has impressed for the Tangerines during the opening weeks of the Championship campaign, leading to some reports linking him with a move to Old Trafford.
And despite Ince being called up to Stuart Pearce's U21 side recently, Holloway says the winger is good enough for the full squad, comparing the 20-year-old to Arsenal duo Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
"At the moment he has just got into the England U21 set-up and rightly so," said Holloway.
"He has been absolutely unplayable for us and has been outstanding in such a short period of time. I don't think the other two flying wingers are any better than him.
"It is because they play for Arsenal. Incey has been creating and scoring. In other words, if Arsene Wenger bought him he'd be good enough to start for England.
"Does that mean I don't know what I'm on about? Or we are not a big enough club to play for? It doesn't matter about that.
"I believe the boy will be a top, top player. He has everything, including the right temperament. I can see him donning any of those shirts [Arsenal and England] and becoming a star - it is only a matter of time.
"You can count on one hand the number of Championship players who have played for England. He has only just got into the U21s.
"Lord knows what he could do with an England shirt on his back now. His end product is absolutely top, top drawer."
