Sky Sports understands Blackpool are lining up a move for West Brom striker Roman Bednar.
Bednar is well down the pecking order at West Brom and has just one substitute appearance in the Carling Cup this season.
West Brom boss Roy Hodgson is willing to loan out Bednar as he is behind the likes of Shane Long, Peter Odemwingie, Simon Cox and Marc-Antoine Fortune in the first-team plans at the Hawthorns.
Blackpool boss Ian Holloway is keen to bolster his attacking options before the close of the transfer window and he is thought to be in talks with Bednar about a move to Bloomfield Road.
Holloway is hoping to bring in the Czech Republic international to maintain their push for promotion back to the Premier League.
